For eligible distance purchases, you can notify us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the goods. You do not need to give a reason.
Important
Submitting this form notifies your withdrawal. It is not a request for return authorisation. Do not send the parcel to the Bordeaux administrative address. Customer service will reply separately with the correct return destination for the product.
