For the six destinations covered by our Merchant information, the conditions verified in Shopify are as follows:

- Belgium: €9.90 below €69; free shipping from €69.
- Luxembourg: €9.90 below €69; free shipping from €69.
- United States: €11.99 below €69; free shipping from €69.
- United Kingdom: €8.99 below €69; free shipping from €69.
- Switzerland: €8.99 below €69; free shipping from €69.
Final availability, rate, method and currency applicable to the entered address are displayed before payment and take precedence.
Estimated delivery times
Order processing takes 1–3 business days. Transit then takes 7–15 business days, giving a total estimated delivery time of 8–18 business days.
These times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, customs checks, public holidays or events beyond our control.
Preparation and logistics partners
Olvyra is an online store with no publicly accessible stock location. Depending on the product, an order may be prepared and shipped directly by a logistics partner from a warehouse in France, the European Union or abroad. An order containing several products may arrive in multiple parcels, with no additional cost after payment.
Tracking
When a tracking number is available, it is emailed after dispatch. Tracking updates may take a few days after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Incorrect address, delayed or missing parcel
Check your address carefully before paying. To request a correction or report a delay, contact sav@olvyra.fr with your order number. An address cannot always be changed once processing has begun.
Taxes and duties
Taxes and fees collected by Olvyra are displayed before payment. For deliveries outside the European Union, local authorities may charge import taxes or duties when these are not collected at checkout.
