Returns and refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, contact us at contact@olvyra.fr. Returns must be sent to the address provided in our return instructions after your request has been approved. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal-care and beauty products once opened, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain another item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If goods are shipped to the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, subject to legal exceptions. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.
Return costs
Return shipping costs may remain the customer's responsibility, except when an item is defective, damaged or does not match the order.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and display the refund.
